Every category needs a founder willing to wear the costume before they've earned the role. We believe the outfit comes first — the cap table, if we're being honest, is a lagging indicator.
FounderFits exists because somewhere between the pitch deck and the doomsday clock of runway, a generation of operators realized the fastest path to conviction is a really good collar. We build for that operator. We build for the "energy," the "community," the "we." We build for people who will absolutely say "elevate the global consciousness" in a board meeting and mean it.
This is not a fund. We do not deploy capital. We deploy costumes, at scale, into a market that has never needed it more: the market of pretending, convincingly, until the Series B.
